Shipping in Iraq
Every piece is packed the same way it leaves the bench — cushioned, sealed, and logged against its lot number before it goes anywhere. Here is what to expect depending on where a piece is travelling from.
Within the same city
Courier delivery inside Baghdad or Erbil arrives within one to two working days. A signature is required on arrival, and every parcel travels insured for its full value.
Between our doors
Ask any boutique to hold a piece from another branch and it will usually be on the case within three to five working days — two, if a specialist is already travelling between Baghdad and Erbil that week.
From the Beirut workshop
New settings and bridal commissions come directly from the bench in Beirut. Customs clearance adds a little time, so plan on two to three weeks for anything not already sitting in an Iraq case.
Exchanges & Resizing
Pieces bought from our boutiques in Iraq can be resized free of charge and exchanged within one month.

Resizing is free of charge for every piece bought from our boutiques in Iraq. Bring the piece to one of our boutiques and a specialist will take care of it.
Exchanges within one month
A piece bought from our boutiques in Iraq can be exchanged for another piece within one month of the date of purchase.
No returns
Pieces bought from our boutiques in Iraq cannot be returned. If a piece is not right for you, you can exchange it within one month of purchase.
